NATION Hashish worth SR2 million seized

MAJARDAH – Agents at Al-Majardah checkpoint seized about 44 tiles of hashish estimated to be worth SR2 million from inside the welded part of the body of a car being towed along the Coast Highway heading for the Western Region. The agents noticed a welded area on the body of the car and had the tow truck driver stopped. The car was examined in a welding workshop and the owner was arrested and referred to the Anti-Narcotics Department. – Okaz/SG
