In a vicious and senseless attack, two British men of Nigerian descent hacked a British soldier to death on a London street.

With regard to the article "A damning report" (May 24), the world community should not stop buying clothes made in Bangladesh, but should instead put pressure on the Bangladeshi government and owners of garment factories to take proper safety measures.

In the wake of the Woolwich murderof British soldier Drummer Lee Rigby, father of a two-year-old boy, the statements made by British Prime Minister David Cameron and London Mayor Boris Johnson to defuse the situation were highly commendable.
