JEDDAH — The soundscape of gaming has reached a new decibel in the region, with Spotify on PlayStation Music rolling out in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Lebanon. Console gaming fans can now enjoy listening to their favorite tracks while tackling the adrenaline rush of fighting evil or scoring a goal on-screen.

With more than 50 million songs and 3 billion plus playlists, there are plenty of music choices for gamers to listen to while playing. Users can access Spotify’s free service on PlayStation Music through the PS4 and PS3 system. All new users will get a free month trial to Spotify Premium, which gives them access to ad-free high quality audio and more perks from Spotify. For existing Spotify users, PS Music compatible devices can be linked to their accounts.

To make controlling music even easier, PS4 and PS3™ users will be able to take advantage of the Spotify Connect feature on the official Spotify app for Android/iOS. They can select a playlist, skip songs, adjust the volume, and more. PS4 owners can also let friends and family know what tracks they’re listening to using PS4’s share button feature.

Spotify on PlayStation Music is now available to Spotify users in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Lebanon on PS4 and PS3. Spotify on PlayStation Music has also recently launched in Colombia, Argentina and India. — SG
