Center receives Premium Residency applications through ‘Saprc’

JEDDAH — The Premium Residency Center began on Sunday receiving applications for the Premium Residency (Special Privilege Iqama) through the electronic platform "Saprc" (saprc.gov.sa).


The Center through the comprehensive "Saprc" platform, is ready to serve residents seeking this Premium Residency. An applicant can upload all the required documents and electronic payment for the financial fees allocated for the procedures.

The platform also provides an introduction of the system and the Center.
 The Center offers two types of Premium Residency, the first is Permanent Premium Residency with a one-time payment for life, and the second is Premium Residency with a yearly financial fee, and allows a resident many privileges.

The approval by the Cabinet under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman of the Premium Residency provides an opportunity to those who wish to reside or invest in the Kingdom according to the criteria set by the system.

The Kingdom offers an attractive investment environment that will achieve growth and development of the Kingdom's economy and citizens.


The Center is a financially and administratively independent entity associated with the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA), which cooperates in achieving its objectives with the government sectors to provide comprehensive services for those with Premium Residency and those wishing to obtain it.
