RIYADH — Najm for Insurance Services has celebrated receiving the ‘Best Call Center in the Middle East Award’ within the emergency category, which was announced during the Middle East Call Center Conference and Exhibition conducted in Dubai on April 16-17, 2019.
Najm was awarded following a close competition among various regional companies from different sectors, which reiterates Najm’s outstanding efforts in providing quality customer services to support its new corporate strategy launched earlier this year.
Commenting on this recognition, Najm’s Chief Customer Officer Sattam Alhozami said the award confirms the development and successes accomplished by Najm, in addition to highlighting its continuous commitment toward achieving further growth and excellence.
Najm’s new corporate strategy focuses on adopting automation throughout its services to make them more accessible to clients and support the company’s transparency approach in dealing with various entities.
Najm had also recently established a 24-hour customer service center managed by a qualified and skilled Saudi team. The center utilizes the latest technologies to receive traffic accident reports, attend to customer inquiries, and direct traffic investigators to accident sites. — SG
