More labor, commercial court circuits to be set up

RIYADH – The Supreme Judiciary Council decided to open labor and commercial court circuits in various regions of the Kingdom.

The meeting of the council, chaired by Minister of Justice Sheikh Waleed Al-Samaani, also decided to establish circuits at courts of execution for executing contracts, franchise or documents issued by the State or the concerned agencies.

Sheikh Muhammad Al-Fuhaid, secretary general of the council, said that the council approved restructuring of courts in the regions of Najran and Al-Jouf. The meeting also appointed heads and their assistants for various courts across the Kingdom.SG/SPA
