Riyadh —
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman said on Monday the Kingdom has keen interest in educational development and the role of science in the renaissance and advancement of nations.

The King was speaking to the directors of universities, undersecretaries of the Ministry of Education, directors of education departments and senior male and female specialists in the field of education who came to greet him at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.

The audience was attended by Prince Dr. Faisal Bin Abdullah Al-Meshari, President of Education Evaluation Commission; Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed Al-Issa; and the Governor of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation Dr. Ahmed Al-Fuhaid.

King Salman also received a message from Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi. The message was conveyed by Tunisian Foreign Minister Khemaies Al-Jhinaoui.
