HYUNDAI “Accent 2018” has clinched the coveted “Car of the Year” title in the Saudi Arabian automotive media.

The prestigious award win was announced in the presence of journalists specializing in the motoring sector, many of whom had rated the car. The achievement is a valuable addition to the Hyundai brand’s success in Saudi Arabia, yet the Korean carmaker aspires to launch even more sophisticated models to establish prominence in various car categories. For many years, Hyundai Accent managed to maintain its leading position as Saudi Arabia’s bestselling car despite the decline of auto sales seen in the Kingdom in general, sustaining its top position in the Saudi market’s 10 bestselling cars.

It is equipped with advanced safety measures, including six airbags that provide high protection for the driver and passengers, an automatic stability control system (ESC), and fixed headlights with reclining lighting for a better view of the road when cornering during darkness.
