Riyadh — Notary public offices in the Kingdom can now finish documentation and attestation work within 60 minutes.
This follows a reform campaign launched by Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Shiekh Walid Al-Samaani to overcome the obstacles notary public offices were facing.
A high-level committee made a number of recommendations to raise the standard of documentation services in the Kingdom. This includes allowing objection to ownership registration through specific electronic mechanism that accepts complaints against notary public and municipal services.
Complaints will be dealt with within 10 days.
