Limitless violations

RESEARCH shows that the most effective regulations are those that apply to everyone, i.e. they have the same precision, seriousness and rigor regardless of one’s identity or socioeconomic standing. The success of any system or law depends on the cooperation of all members of society without exception. Unfortunately, we are in a state where members of society are unable to work together to make a system work. When it comes to driving, people openly break the rules of Saher, our traffic monitoring system, despite knowing that their actions are putting themselves and others at great risk.

Outside of London’s famous Harrods luxury department store, cars are slapped with parking violations if they park in prohibited areas. In many cases, they are towed and this shows that owners of luxury cars are not allowed to break the system. Furthermore, authorities monitor such violators and if they repeat the violation, subsequent fines are increased.

Monitoring violators and issuing penalties is a way to bring order to an otherwise chaotic driving environment. One of the most important signs of success is that many systems and laws do everything in their ability to impose credibility by showing their seriousness and fairness without being biased to a certain group of people. When a system does not treat all violators the same, it is a major blow to the credibility of the entire system and law.

Today, Saher is one of the most successful systems in its field. It was recently upgraded to expand the scope of penalties for violations; drivers who don’t wear their seatbelts or talk on the phone while driving, are now being targeted by Saher. We need to continue to build such systems so all of our affairs are kept in order and there is a general feeling of equality.

Applying the concept of justice and equality is more important than creating excuses and other tricks that are currently allowed to interfere in our daily lives. Our lives need to be full of determination and seriousness so that our values can be respected by all people, young and old. Similar systems across the world would not have succeeded if it were not for a fair and just concept.
