DAMMAM — SKFCC, Honda, Bilal Tigers, AAC, Friends CC, Royal Kashmir Falcons dominated in the 40-Over Main League of the Eastern Province Cricket Association (EPCA) Tournament, sponsored by Al-Turki and organized by EPCA.

In Premier Division, SKFCC outplayed Pak Saudi. Batting first, Pak Saudi managed to post 239 in 40 overs. Saqib scored 50 off 91 deliveries and Sohail grabbed 4 wickets. In reply, SKFCC chased the target in 33 overs. Rizwan Qayyum scored an unbeaten 53 off 40, while Shafeeq and Shoaib grabbed 2 wickets each.

Honda CC Defeated PSS Kashmir United by 34 runs. Batting first, Honda posted 311 as Afaq topscored with 82 off 66 and Shahid Ali made 57 off 36. Kiran claimed 3 wickets. In reply, PSSKU scored 27709. Tajamal made 101 off 81 and Waqas Bhatti 79 off 80. Imran Arif took 3 wickets and Zeyad 2.

In another match, FMS Hamza Khan XI won against Al-Naimi CC. Batting first, FHKXI recorded a total of 283 as Shoaib made 92 off 60 and Zeeshan 58 off 45. Arsalan bagged 3 wickets. In reply, Al-Naimi was restricted to 251. Umair hit 55 off 40. Salman, Ilyas, Kareem and Sadoon grabbed 2 wickets each.

Nawab Intelligent Tiger defeated Marooj Rawan by 104 runs. Batting first, NITCC posted 326. Kashif made a fantastic 92 not out off 61 and Aamir Sohail 71 off 49. Aamir Shabbir took 3 wickets. In reply, MRCC was restricted to 223 in 30 overs, Shahid made 52 off 34. Ali Shah grabbed 4 wickets, while Rehan, Abdullah and Faheem claimed 2 each.

In Prime Division, Bilal Tigers won against DHL Express by 75 runs. Batting first, Bilal Tigers tallied 346. Bilal blasted a classic 121 off 86 and Riaz scored 104 off 91. Anjum took 2 wickets. In reply, DHLECC was bundled out for 272 in 34 overs. Furqan hit 59 off 45 and Asad 56 off 48. Tariq Tanweer claimed 3 wickets.

Pak Shaheen outplayed Bin Delamah Yorkers CC by 6 wickets. Batting first, BDYCC scored 245. Sajeed scored 56 off 70. Noman claimed 5-25 in 8 overs. In reply, PKSCC chased the target in 33 overs. Atiq remained unbeaten on 89 off 67 balls and Azam made 61 not out off 27.

In another Match, AAC CC defeated Team SSQ by 5 wickets. SSQ managed to score 296. Tanveer made 77 off 68, Ansar 53 off 51 and Saeed 59 off 61. In reply, AAC CC chased the target in 35.5 overs. Sajid Khan hit a brilliant 141 off 79 and Ayub scored 61 off 64. Naeem grabbed 2 wickets.

Titans won by 3 wickets against Team Arabia. Batting first, Team Arabia was bundled out for 125 as Rajeesh Ahammed grabbed 5 for 22 in 8 overs. Titans chased the target in 22 overs. Nikesh claimed 3 wickets.

In First Division, Friends CC outplayed Intelligent Hawks by 1 wicket. Intelligent Hawks batted first and scored 252 in 40 overs. Ali Raza scored 63 off 54 and Aamir Shahzad made 56 off 55. Abdul Aziz claimed 5 wickets. In reply, FCC chased the target with 1 wicket remaining. Mirza Farhatullah cracked 103 off 79. Suhail claimed 4 wickets and Umar 3.

Royal Kashmir won against Khobar Blasters by 101 runs. Batting first RKCC scored 287 in 40 overs. Mudassir made 56 off 49. Muthukumar grabbed 4 for 47. In reply, KBCC was restricted to 187. Shoaib Grabbed 3 wickets and Ashfaq 2.

In another match, Falcons defeated Gladiators by 74 runs. Batting first, Falcons scored 332. Sohail smashed 107 off 93, Ubaid 90 off 71 and Abdullah 50 off 28. In reply, GLCC managed to score 258. Sohail took 3 wickets and Yasir 2. — SG
