Aijaz, Salman, Sufiyan and Tariq hit tons

JEDDAH — Aijaz Butt of Universal United, Salman of Sadafco, Tariq Siddiqui of Universal United and Sufiyan Laheri of Al-Mazroi Salonpas cracked tons in week 3 and 4 hostilities here in the Phase 2 WPCA Morning T20 Tournament sponsored and organized by Western Province Cricket Association (WPCA).

Al-Mazroi Salonpas downed Al-Kabbani Cricket Group by 7 wickets. Al-Kabbani was bundled out for 94. Saleem hit 26. Abdullah took 4-13 and Ayyub 2. Al-Mazroi Salonpas faced 62 balls to get to 98 for 3. Salman stroked 33, Sufiyan Laheri 18 and Mohsin unbeaten 19.

Black Hawks trounced Universal United by 7 wickets. Universal produced 179-6. Ajaz Butt smashed an unbeaten 101 in 63 balls, studded with 11 fours and Tariq Siddiqui 15. Anas claimed 2-20. Black Hawks reached 182-3 in 117 balls. Arsalan hit 80 in 49 balls with 4 sixes and 6 fours as he added 148 in 88 balls for the second wicket with Abdulrafay (50 in 41 balls).

Cousins XI thrashed ADI XI by 94 runs. Cousins XI racked up 202-3. Irfan Khan belted an unbeaten 60 in 37 balls as he added 87 for the unbroken fourth wicket with Sardar (21 not out). Jamal hit 20, Khoram 53 in 32 balls and Aqeel 21. Faiz took 3-37. ADI XI was bundled out for 108. Adeel scored 27. Sardar grabbed 3-7, Sohail 2-11 and Irfan Khan 2.

Sadafco humbled IDB by 7 wickets. IDB produced 223-9. Ghulfam hammered 85 in 31 balls as he first added 86 with Abubaker Nagra (36) and then 64 with Rizwan (23). Waseem stroked 35. Abdulrehman took 3-38 and Ehtesham 2. Sadafco reached 224-3 in 97 balls. Salman blasted an unbeaten 140 in 55 balls with 9 sixes and 11 fours. He first added 106 for the opening stand with Nazim (44) and then 45 with Ali Jan Mugheri (8) and lastly 46 with Faisal Patel (15). Muzammil scalped 2-25.

Jeddah Tigers prevailed over Super CC by 5 wickets. Super CC was bowled out for 129. Vaseem stroked 46 and Ismail 45 as the two added 74. Imtiyaz grabbed 4-25, Waheed 2-22 and Abdulkhaliq 2. Jeddah Tigers reached 130-5 in 109 balls. Saeed remained unbeaten on 52 to add 77 with Sohail 47. Wasim took 3-21.

MFCC crushed Reel & Rom Spikes by 8 wickets. Reel & Rom Spikes was restricted to 145-6. Imran hit 55 in 45 balls and Sohail 18. Yaseen Warraich took 2-27.

MFCC was home with 146 for 2 in 66 balls. Mudassir Afridi hit an unbeaten 50 and Farhan unbeaten 45 and the two added 104 in 45 balls for the unbroken third wicket with Jibran making 16.

Crown Blue beat Karachi Stars by 46 runs. Crown Blue plundered 202-4. Saif stroked 27 as he added 89 with Faiz Khan (76 in 46 balls). Danish made 15, Faiz Mirza 29 and Junaid 26. Haris took 2-38. Karachi Stars could manage 156-6. Ali Daud hammered 71 in 45 balls to add 78 with Fahim (10). Faisal made 17. Rizwan took 2-30.

Red Sea ALJ trounced Behar International Fighters by 8 wickets. Behar International Fighters posted 153-7. Iftikhar smashed 60 in 29 balls and Tahir 47. Jibran claimed 2-23. Red Sea ALJ made 155 for 2 in 90 balls. Ghayour scored an unbeaten 55 as he a first added 78 with Bashir (41) and then 71 with Amir (unbeaten 42).
