CAIRO| — Next Move Egypt Exhibition will be taking place at the Cairo International Convention Center on Dec. 14-16 in Cairo.

Next Move Egypt, powered by Cityscape, Next Move Egypt will showcase hundreds of real estate projects from across Egypt, offering homebuyers and investors the ideal platform to secure their next townhouse, villa or apartment. Next Move is powered by Cityscape which launched in 2002 and has since grown to be the largest real estate event brand globally. Cityscape has welcomed over 500,000 real estate professionals and investors from over 160 countries.

Developers at the inaugural edition of Next Move Egypt, powered by Cityscape, will look to entice potential buyers with a range of cutting-edge apartment units, townhouses and community villas with attractive, flexible payment plans.

Next Move Egypt, will feature a 40-strong exhibitor list, and will reveal hundreds of real estate investment opportunities to prospective homebuyers. Developers are expected to tout their latest residential projects at the larger mid-income market, with most developments located in the capital.

“Housing has risen to the top of the policy agenda in Egypt; there are extensive efforts from the government and developers to accelerate the completion of projects,” said Tom Rhodes, Exhibition Director at Next Move Egypt. “Many of our developers at the show will offer a range of new projects from across Egypt, with a focus on middle-income residential real estate in the capital. We expect significant interest from potential homebuyers, who will benefit from exclusive discounts and payment plans which will only be available during the show.”

Also, exhibiting this year is IC Group which will show a range of its smart homes in New Cairo including Smart Life Town Residence, and New Life View Villas, Al Shorouk City.
