Legal communication service launched

November 21, 2017

MAKKAH — The Ministry of Justice has launched a new interaction service through the @MojCare Legal Communication account on Twitter. The account will receive client queries directly, currently only in Arabic. This comes in line with the ministry’s efforts to enhance communication channels with its clients. The service enables users to communicate directly and effectively with the representatives of undersecretariats and sectors so that they may receive inquiries and complaints about the ministry’s judicial and legal services. This is one of the ministry’s several services intended to enhance direct and effective communication with clients. For example, the ministry is working to launch the unified communication center, which aims at “serving clients with regard to the ministry's procedures, services, transactions, and general inquiries.” The ministry is also working on developing reception centers at its premises and facilities across the Kingdom.
