JEDDAH — Integrated Telecom Company (ITC), the leading telecom provider in Saudi Arabia, succeeded in obtaining a Tier III certificate from UPTIME institute for its data centers located in Al-Khobar “DC2” and Jeddah DC3,” along with the main data center in Riyadh “DC1”. This certificate enhances company’s capabilities and ensures continuing focus on efficiency of the business operations that are provided to government and private sectors.

ITC has invested in its data centers inline with the growing demands of telecom services in Saudi Arabia to ensure the continuity of business operations. This investment also helps the company in achieving its goals and commitment in providing high standards services and maintaining its quality of service level agreement (SLA)”.  In addition to that, ITC was awarded with ISO certificates (Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2005), IT Service Management System (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011) and ISO Quality Management 9001.

This achievement comes in the context of ITC goals to provide reliable, safe and scalable infrastructure and sustainability for the services provided which confirms the company intention and commitment in providing the latest technologies that meet the increasing of customers’ demands for (Hosting and Collaboration) services and Managed Services, besides Public and Private Clouds Hosting Services.
