ETIHAD Etisalat Mobily honored nearly a thousand employees who have completed ten years of working within the company since Mobily’s launch in Saudi Arabia market.
Special ceremonies were held by Mobily in Riyadh and Dammam in the presence of Ahmed Farrukh, CEO of Mobily, and Fayez Awad, CEO of Human Resources, in addition to a number of the company’s leaders; similar event will be held in Jeddah in the coming days.
These officers represent a large proportion of the current employees in the company, which shows that the internal work environment is favorable for loyalty and that the company is working to develop its employees’ skills and their career.
Awad commented: “We are always keen and dedicated to show appreciation to our employees for their efforts as one of the most important values of our company, where it is a main motive for the rest of the staff to present Mobily in an optimal manner.”
He added: “We are focused on our employees, which are our engine of growth during the last ten years in the Saudi market, and a significant contribution have been made by the first employed who worked in Mobily by rolling out a magnificent start, which is still bearing fruits for us with Mobily becoming one of the largest national brands in the Kingdom.”
Mobily brand name was always linked with breaking telecoms monopoly in Saudi Arabia, where the company pioneered in providing many services and technologies in the Saudi market, which contributed to the development of the sector significantly. — SG
